In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible for paying them.

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 8–11 working days nationwide, depending on your location and courier demand. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

We offer FREE shipping to customers who order R700 or more nationwide. If your order is under the free shipping rate, an additional fee of R100 will be required for shipping. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you!

Aramex delivers directly to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.
